Kianna Price Wade

Kianna Price Wade, a native of Roanoke and graduate of University of Richmond is an On Air Radio Personality and Program Director for ViBE. She has interviewed various celebrities from John Legend and Smokey Robinson to Michelle Obama and President Barack Obama! Kianna is also a TV Personality for the community TV show for Cox: “Round Roanoke” and WDBJ 7's "Your Hometown Happenings". In her spare time, Kianna enjoys making jewelry, directing the church choir, serving her community and line dancing. Kianna serves on the board of Apple Ridge Farm, Roanoke City Arts Commission, and is a founding member of a new young African American Professionals group, Urban Professional League. She’s also heavily involved with local civic groups such as “Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.,” “Links Inc,” and “Jack & Jill of America,”. She has had the honor of singing the National Anthem at the Virginia State Capital Building on two occasions and recently for President Bill Clinton for Barack Obama’s Grassroots Event in Roanoke.
